Due to  business expansion and development, our company will have its Chinese name "东莞科曼斯通用机械设备有限公司" (shortly as东莞科曼斯) changed to "广东科曼斯智能科技有限公司" (shortly as广东科曼斯) and its English name "Dongguan KEMANSI General Machinery Co., Ltd." (shortly as Dongguan KENMANSI) changed to "Guangdong KEMANS Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd" (shortly as Guangdong KEMANS).from the date of August 7th, 2018. But our telephone number +86-769-88877337 and Facsimile numbers F+86-769-88877237 will remain unchanged.

To provide overseas customers with better service experience, the official foreign language website of the company will be www.kemansrobot.com after the renaming, and the original Chinese language website www.kemansi.com  and email box of sales@kemansi.com will continue to be effective after the renaming.

And the original trade mark “KEMANSI” will be still valid for some time since the new trademark "KEMANS" is at the application stage.

From now on, all the business of old company name will be operated under the new company name, all the company's internal and external documents, materials, invoicing, account number, tax number, etc. should use the new company name. After the company's name change, the business subject and legal relationship remain unchanged, the original contract signed continues to be valid, and the original business relationship and service commitment remain unchanged. The name change shall have no impact on the rights and obligations of our customers and the company.
